Our at home services are:
House Check-in service. We will drop by and check on your house and pet at any frequency you like. We
have an itemized check list that we use to ensure that we physically check every item in your house. The check list includes checking
that windows are locked, oven is off, the toilets and hot water heater are OK, the pets are OK, and many other items. We also have
a list of special items that are defined by the customer such as watering plants and so forth. We will maintain a copy of the
check list and notify you if there are any issues that require attention. If a problem does occur while you are away, per your
request, we will arrange a repair, and manage and verify that the repair is completed satisfactorily. We will also
stop by to walk your dogs or let them in/out.
House Sitting
We can provide overnight or 24 hour house sitting services. Our
overnight rate (8:00 pm to 8:00 am)
is $50 for a 12 hours shift.

Sitting Rates Are: $30 per hour
Travel
over 10 minutes $10 and an
additional
$0.25 per minute for each
minute
over 10 minutes each way.
The
travel time can be quoted before
hand
we use a standard online mapping
program
with our office as the starting
point.
